Ram usage very high

Hello, recently i noticed that my ram is a bit high than usual,

Usually my ram usage stays about 700 MB usage without any programs open.

I tried killing background processes but it barely makes a difference.

I'm now concerned beacuse Windows tells me more often to close some programs beacuse ram is low,

and even worse program crashes, (good thing no bsods)

also despite only having chrome open and GPU tweak monitor which i really don't pay attention it.

So i decided to do a Memory check and according to windows everything is fine.

Any suggestions??

Have you shut down or restarted recently? That could solve it. At least for me, If I don't shut down or restart every few days, my pc starts using far more ram than I'd expect. Also you're using about 2gb on idle which isn't bad, seems pretty normal. 

For example, I literally just restarted after making this post. I was on ~56% ram usage (from 32gb) before shutting down, and about at 30% after restarting and re-opening all of my tabs.

I always turn it off when i stop using it.

I also forgot to mention i have 4GB of ram...
