VGA Debug Light...

Hey how’s it going, so I’m completely lost after troubleshooting for hours. I got a new motherboard (B450 Gaming Pro and a Ryzen 3600. I’ve gotten the system to boot with it’s new components but as soon as I restart it to update the drivers and stuff it shows a blinking white underscore on the top left of my screen. I’ve confirmed that my gpu works, ram works, power supply works, with my old motherboard and cpu. However, when I swap the parts back into the new motherboard it’ll give me a F1 or F2 option(I forgot what it said but basically windows boots and re-recognizes the hardware and it boots normally) and the F2 option works and lets me start up the computer just fine. But as soon as I restart it... VGA debug light comes on and my GPU acts wonky. I feel as though at this point it’s a faulty motherboard? But I have no clue since the parts work, but after I restart it it’ll do the white underscore thing again. Sorry if this has been confusing but it’s been a long day of troubleshooting. Please send help. 
 

New specs: 

B450 Gaming Pro 

Ryzen 3600

GTX 1070 TI Duke

16 GB Ram

250gb SSD

1tb HDD

 

Old specs is the same thing aside from motherboard and cpu which is 

MSI Krait Gaming 3x(should pop up)

i5-6600k

is the bios up to date? cause b450 needs to have bios update before it will work with 3rd gen Ryzen

I believe so, but in case I did something wrong how do I do that?

you'll need a previous gen Ryzen chip so you can update the BIOS to the latest one so you can run your 3600.
i think micro center if you have one near you will do it for you

Yeah I do, I’ll scope it out then, I just want to get to the bottom of this and Micro center was my last resort since I’d then be paying for it to be checked out.

Its most likely just a bios update then let me know what happens!
