PC Multitasking issue

The specs I'm running are as follows: Motherboard: ROG Strix Maximus Hero XI Gpu: GIGABYTE Geforce RTX 2060 Cpu: Intel Core i9-9900K Turbo Unlocked Ram: Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO 16GB (3200 MHz) Power Supply: Corsair RMX Series, RM750x (Fully Modular) Case: DEEP COOL MATREXX 55 MESH ADD-RGB 4F

 

Hey I'm having some problems and I'm not sure what is going on with it, I've tried multiple different places and forums to see whats going on with my pc but i cant seem to troubleshoot the problem,

When I try to multitask when using my pc it seems to not want to, like when i want to play apex legends and screenshare on discord while also streaming/recording my pc acts like its lagging super bad and it makes it unbearable to play/use it. Temps seem to be fine when I run multiple things and games and when i screenshare. The only problem i can see is maybe a faulty motherboard and was thinking of getting a new one since it was messed up with the ethernet chord ever since i got it to begin with, with having issues with download and upload.

If you guys need any pictures of anything please let me know and i will provide anything needed to help me diagnose the problem.

Do a Memtest on the ram, and check for drivers or see if a bios update is available that states a fix for the problem

I did both and the ram is fine and the bios is up to date, any other suggestions?

When did the issues start occurring, if it was before a driver update or another update revert back to a previous update

Well i was having issues with multi tasking ever since i tried doing too much while trying to record apex while screensharing it, it was pretty recent and i think it might be motherboard related so i think i might replace it soon and see if it resolves the issue but if it doesnt i can use it in another build
