Mine is missing a pin at the top left whereas the above pic is missing one at the bottom right.

The USB header on your motherboard has been rotated 180 degrees compared to the blue ones in the other picture. The header is not missing a pin, its designed that way so you insert the connecter properly

Hello, before I begin, I'm brand new with PC's. I just bought a prebuilt about a month ago from Newegg. My question is this: My PC came with a cheap cpu cooler, a cooler master air cooler. I would like to upgrade to an AIO, but most of the AIO's I've looked at require them to be plugged into a USB 2.0 on the motherboard. My motherboard doesn't have a USB 2.0 internal connecter, so am I stuck with only a fan cooler? Or is there a way around this? My motherboard is a Gigabyte B550m DS3H for reference. Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you

That connector is F_USB1 at the bottom of your motherboard
