Input delay and frame stutters

Hi guys, so recently I’ve been having an issue where I have very high input delay in games and windows, so basically i move around my joystick or mouse, and then about a second later it actually registers. Also, I have some frame stutters where my frames go down from 200 to like 20 for a second. My temps are good, cpu at 45 when I’m playing and i have it at 4.1ghz, and gpu doesn’t go higher than 65 while playing. My monitor is 144hz, and ive always had no input delay, so I doubt it’s that. Any ideas?

Are you using any type of USB hub?

Yes, however when I do it it launches into the same bios, so i don’t think the update is working.

What is the current version you are using and what version you are trying to upgrade to?
