Missing data from GPU Z

I recently bought a second hand Rx 570 8gb on eBay. I don't get any display on my monitor when it's plugged into the GPU. However, I managed to get GPU Z to detect it and it recognised the card. However, the pixel fill rate, texture fill rate were both "unknown" and the memory clock and gpu clock speed were both 0, and the memory size was 0? Does anyone know what causes this?
