Samsung s9 weird issue.

My uncle has a samsung s9 and he came to me to ask me about this problem (I'm the tech savvy guy of my family) and i searched for an answer but couldn't find anything, do any of you know what can we do or what's wrong with the phone. 

 

Tldr; My uncle's samsung s9 has a weird screen issue.

try changing the screen, it happened on my monitor once
