Hard drive health

Am interested in what exactly is hard drive healt. I have hdd 4TB that died and now i can see it in task manager, but it has no letter assigned. Also it isnt shown in file explorer. In hdd sentinel it says that hard disk performance is maximum but health is only 20% and there is 244 bad sectors.

If I'm not wrong health is based on SMART (Self-Monitoring, Analysis and Reporting Technology), so your 20% is the hdd itself reporting a problem state... backup your relevant data

use crystel disk info and check
