Help getting started with Android studio

Hi  I am trying to start learning android studio, however I am facing a few issues regarding installation, but those are all resolved now. I want to make PWA apps, and maybe native apps too, so what is the best way to start learning. I want to learn kotlin first, then flutter after that, what are the best resources for this
