Screen upgrade for Dell G3 3579

I have a Dell G3 3579, and am quite unsatisfied (to say the least), with the measly 200-250nit screen on it.

Is it possible for me to upgrade it to a higher nit (and higher refresh rate, if possible), instead of buying an external monitor?

If so, please send me listings (on eBay, since I'm in Sri Lanka), of screens that I could buy.
