You need to be more specific. An upgrade... for what? Why? We can't tell you that. Do you have a budget? Currency?

What does "lag" mean? Does that mean It's stuttery? That you have a low framerate? That movements or you/other people have delayed movement?

That's probably not your components. I'd recommend you post a troubleshooting thread and describe your situation, but more specifically. Right now you're giving me very barebones answers and I keep needing to ask follow-up questions to try to get the full context of what's happening.
