PCIe 1x risers recommendations

I'm looking for a PCIe 1x riser that supports a minimum of PCIe 2.0.

It also needs to fit under a GPU cooler and extend right (if the board is mounted normally and the slots are horizontal).

I found this:

but wasn't sure if there were other, better options. This one is a bit too short (I need about 16 inches, and this one is only ~12), but was thinking I could just use a USB 3.0 extender.

Does anyone have any other recommendations or am I stuck with this one?
