Hp or Samsung?

So i want to know which brand of chromebook i should be getting either Samsung, or Hp(for extras it has to be light blue i don't know why it just has to, and thats about it).

The only blue chromebooks I could find are HP. If you have a link to a Samsung one it would be easier to compare them. Also, any specific reason for getting a chromebook instead of a cheap laptop?

It really just matters which has the best specs for the best price. If I were you, i'd set a price range, and search between them and see which has the best specs for the lowest your willing to spend and the highest your willing to spend, then pick between the computers.

1. Chrome os 2. Very slim and portable 3. Very small

Still thinking about it I don't really like touchscreen.(I know it can come without).

Fair enough, I personally can't stand the touchpads on chromebooks so I thought the touchscreen would be nice. In the end I guess it's up to you on what you want.
