NEED HELP!!!

Sometimes when I open up my windows search bar, a black box appears on top of it. Tried resetting windows search, rebuilding the search index, running the troubleshooter and System file checker but nothing works. It doesnt happen when I power up my lap and use it for the first time, but after a while it comes up. Restarting windows explorer gets rid of the problem temporarily but need a permanent solution!

That could be anything from a driver error to a windows error I'm afraid.

 

If you REALLY want it to go away, I'd suggest reinstalling windows. (remember backups)

 

Is windows fully updated?
