Hi I've been having problems with my system with cooling.

My System:

Corsair h115i cooler 

AMD FX 8350 Black Edition

Asus m5a99x evo r2.0

16GB DDr3 ram

Evga 1660 graphics.

850watt psu

First when it's at idle my temp fluctuates between 15c to about 30 and when I open programs it jumps to 40 to 50c and in games 65-70 or sometimes switches the computer off can't even get into a game without doing so. I've put new thermal on (artic silver) No difference what's going on because I'm getting quite annoyed now lol.
