cooler master hyper 212 evo

Hello i just bought an intel core i7 9700f and the cooler master hyper 212 Evo.

my case does not have a back of the motherboard access so i wandered if its okay just to take out the mother board put on the backplate and then put it back it.

Would it have enough room?

also would the cooler master be enough to cool the cpu.

Yes, it would be plenty for cooling and you can install the cooler on the motherboard first.

The cut-off on the back of the case / motherboard tray is "optional".

Yes, take the motherboard out, and install the backplate + CPU cooler.

Then mount the motherboard / CPU cooler back into the case.
