i'd wait, the 950 is not much better than what you have

Hello,
I have been looking to upgrade my pc and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of good parts to upgrade on my build.
I was thinking about if it would be worth upgrading the CPU but I don't know what would be the best value for money with this motherboard.
Any help is appreciated :)

my budget is around £200 for upgrades.

best  cpu you can get in that motherboard is a i7-3770k. however, even used it's above £100 and I think it's not worth it.

what are you doing with your pc? is it mostly gaming? i'd recommend a gpu upgrade, but currently gpus availability is low and prices are high.

if you are able to push your budget a bit (by selling your cpu, motherboard and ram), you can go for this:

PCPartPicker Part List
Type Item Price
CPU Intel Core i5-10400F 2.9 GHz 6-Core Processor £127.99 @ CCL Computers
Motherboard ASRock B460M Pro4 Micro ATX LGA1200 Motherboard £86.54 @ CCL Computers
Memory Crucial Ballistix 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 CL15 Memory £64.02 @ Amazon UK
Prices include shipping, taxes, rebates, and discounts
  Total £278.55

It's a decent machine, you can look for an i7 3770k for that board but not sure their prices.

$200 gets you a 1050Ti on Ebay, That may be a decent upgrade but I think your CPU may not feed it well.

Honestly, not sure what to do here.

Edit: I agree, the only thing that makes sense here is saving a bit more.
