Budget (including currency): 8950TRY

Country: Turkey

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: light Gaming, zoom, other stuff

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): i have a few lists but they are over my budget, i need RGB per. when i get permission from my dad, at 60fps 100hz. Need a good webcam and mic for online class. Monitor too at least 100hZ

Since you said you do light gaming, I made a Intel build. (Yes AMD still can, but since you're not fully using the build for gaming I used Intel, it's also cheaper)

Not sure if the motherboard is good, but IMO from what I saw is the only decent one in stock.
