It's a very bad time to buy any graphics card, new or used. You will get ripped off. If you can wait for some months, the prices may return to normal.

any recommendations once the price return to the usual ?

preferably the gpu is compatible with the motherboard

Well by the time things return to sanity, a 3060 line should be just fine, but when things return to normal will be anyone's guess.

Also, the size of the video card will also be limited by the size of your case...
