I recently moved houses and so new internet setup was needed. Since it's a newly built house, I can assume that the thickness of the walls are a major issue in the transactions of wireless data. Since I am with AT&T Uverse for my internet connection, in relation to the house, the distance between the router/modem combo is too far from my room and various other places in the house. I thought about bridging and such and ended up buying the Asus AC-1900 router, thinking it would be an easy fix and I just ended up putting in my room, where the AT&T router is not and using both as access points. As this isn't even feasible for extending range and such, I'm a bit lost in what can be implemented. Since I do wish to take advantage of the AC speeds, I'm unsure if there is a way to make one access point and using ac range extenders (if they exist) and place them in various locations in the house. May I ask for some assistance in this matter?

From my experience I would recommend either buying another Asus AC-1900 router and daisy chain that to the 2 other routers, or you could buy some extra ethernet cable and move your "base station" to the center of your house to get a more even coating if you now what I mean.
