As long as it has a PCI-E Gen3 available then it is compatible. Yours have one.

Yes, but anything below Gen3 could bottleneck RTX 2060 I believe, so Gen3 is more "up-to-standard", and is probably where you would get the most out of your card at without spending extra for Gen4.
