Have you tried enable - disable fast boot in windows 10 and

any extra software you are using like for multimedia or heavy load programming work

and windows 10 installed in ssd

is your hdd is working may be its getting old or having problem or full space.

I haven't tried disable fast boot in windows 10 actually i didn't know that. I have softwares like autocad, and adobe softwares. Yes os is installed in ssd, my hdd is also new and have 700+ gb free space. I even noticed that when booting up it is little bit slower than before.

As you have installed heavy process softwares they take time to close.

Disable uninstall some windows feature and windows apps (which are not in use)  in app section.
