Running windows in raid?

So im rocking a prebuilt PC with a gpu for a cheap light gaming/esports machine and i have 2 ssds in it, same model but bit different name (MZ7TE128HMGR-00004 and 000L1). I want to run them in raid but in bios drive options i have just to set them as IDE and AHCI and not RAID. Is there some way through software to run them in RAID and install windows on them?
