So did quick test and I see this .... not sure if the program is bad or i actually have an issue , Plz help

Well answer some basic questions based off of what the program provided

1. Is this drive used?

2. How long have you had the hard drive?

3. How much data have your written on it, approximately. For reference, the program suggest that you wrote around 70gb of data daily.

It might be an issue with the program, it might not be. If the information on it is correct and the test was correctly carried out, that could mean your drive is very close to if it's not already in it's end-of-life period. If this data is accurate I'd reccomend not powering on this storage device and I'd order a replacement, and transfer the data on this drive onto the new drive. 50tb in writes seems a little low, though...

However, I've never seen this program before in any capacity and it may be wrong- as well as my recommendations.

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

That's a Seagate ST3000DM001. Those had an extremely high failure rate, so it wouldn't surprise me if the drive is actually bad. In any case I would back up your data.

Hmm, well based off of what Project box said, I'd probably reccomend backing the data up or getting a replacement drive to transfer your data on to.
