Buying a pc.

So my friend want's to buy a PREBUILT PC or a laptop, so my friend won't build it like you guys would recommend.

 

I can't really talk my friend into it and my friend doesn't really have to much money for it.

 

My friend has around 5000 SEK to spend and my friend will use it for photoshop, editing and just general internet use (no gaming)

 

My friend lives in sweden.

 

So... do you guys have any good recomendations for a matching pc/laptop?

oh I saw it's available in the german store, but when I got my Dell PC I went to a PC store where they ordered it for me from a different seller.

Maybe you can buy the PC for him? I mean put the stuff together.... That would save him some money and he would probably get a better PC...
