I know there are such things as hot-swappable keyboards, but can you change the switches on a non hot-swappable keyboard such as the ducky one 2 mini

You can swap the switches, but it will involve desoldering the switches off the pcb, and then soldering new switches back on, which can be pretty tricky without experience working with soldering irons previously

You can, and it's fairly easy to do, even if you haven't really soldered before. Just takes a lot of time, and it's tedious, so it's generally not worth the effort on prebuilt keyboards.
