pc freeze on startup.

Hello everyone, do you know why my pc freeze when i start my pc and when i open app first time i have reset my pc but i still have same problem i have been trying to fix this problem now for so long i cant find the problem and my pc is pretty good. pc specs i7 8700k 4.7 ghz 32 gb ram 2080 super

If you can get into windows immediately hit the shift and reboot button. This will give you some startup options like starting in safe mode. Then if it continues to crash then it is either a base windows problem or hardware issue. If windows boots then think about any new programs or drivers you have installed. That might be the cause of the crashes.

my pc does not crash it always freezes but i try to boot in safe mode
