Time bios, won't boot

I noticed that the time in windows was off. Changed the time in bios to the correct time but now my computer won't boot. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance

You can try clearing that CMOS to see if it works, clear the CMOS by removing the CMOS battery and unplugging the computer and spamming that power button. Some boards have a CMOS CLEAR switch or pins you can bridge to clear it as well, most newer boards have them.

Adding to above, it also might be that your CMOS battery is dead.
