Computer emitting static noise during operation.

Hello, I built a 'server' to use for hosting some of my personal and school projects back in December of 2020 and I noticed it emitting an odd static like noise today. It almost sounds like an active hard drive, but I only have a single SSD in the system. It sounds like its coming from somewhere around the CPU or RAM, but I'm not certain. It seems to consistently occur at all times regardless of whether the system is under heavy load or not.

It's possible this has been going on for sometime, although I'm not often nearby the system so I'm not certain. I've tried doing some basic research online, but could only find posts mentioning coil whine—which I believe this isn't.
