System will turn on with lights on motherboard and case and cpu fans spin but no display / doesn't post

 

I've tried all the usual steps. Reseated CPU, Checked motherboard mounting, Tried one stick of memory in all different dimms and shorting the cmos.

One thing I have noticed is that the AMD website doesn't have the selected memory listed for the Ryzen 3600, Could this be the issue ? Can some sticks of RAM be compatible with the motherboard but not the CPU ?

Earlier today I did order a motherboard speaker since the case didn't have one and that will arrive tomorrow but any ideas are very welcome.

Can no one confirm or debunk the theory that some sticks of RAM can be compatible with the motherboard but not the CPU ?
