GPU 100% usage bug

Theres a bug in radeon software where it uses the GPU 100% for no reason. If I open task manager, the software goes back to normal. I checked for malware but it didn't find anything, I reinstalled the software too but still the same. Also now when I start the pc the fans go crazy and after 5 seconds they stop I don't understand why. All of that from nowhere. I have a rx570 8gb.

I had that issue before from using precisionx. Really random. I’d not use the program or perhaps try an older or newer gpu driver.
