Weird electric? issue with USBs

Randomly while my PC is on I start hearing static through my headphones and my keyboard stops working. I am using my headphones through a USB AMP/DAC. My mouse seems unaffected though. I have tried unplugging all USBs but the problems still persist. The problem appeared quite recently without me doing any changes to my setup. Also tried running my headphones straight to the motherboard but that didn't resolve the issue. I have also tried using my keyboard on a laptop while doing my exams and I didn't experience any issues there.

Windows 10 Pro 64bit

MSI Z270 Gaming Pro Carbon w/ latest drivers

Intel i7 7700k @ 4.8Ghz

Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz

MSI RTX 2080 Gaming X Trio

Corsair 850W RM850x

Affected peripherals:

DAC/AMP: Procasted DAC-03

Headphones: Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250 Ohm

Keyboard: Ducky Mecha Mini
