CPU Indicator Shows Up

so i have this issue with my Aorus b450 elite, when i put my monitor thru the display port in the video card the CPU blinker shows up means it indicate a problem with my CPU and it's not booting up, to fix this I have to remove the monitor from the plug and open my pc, after I open my pc i plug the monitor and open it, 

how do i fix this guys? I'm tired of unplugging the monitor and then plugging it again just to open the monitor

specs ryzen 3 3100, Aorus b450 elite, hyperx8gb x2 3200mhz, sapphire Nitro+ rx580 4gb
Monitor, Gamdias HD275c, running thru displayport
