Stuck in BSOD

Hello, I'm currently stuck in the Blue Screen of Death and Windows wont boot. It gives me the error code "critical process died". 

 

I've changed my motherboard to an Asus Rog Strix B550-F Gaming and everything seems to be working in the debug panel. I have tried everything I can think of by this point. It goes back to the screen of death when i try to enter safe mod, and i can't even reinstall windows.

Why can't you reinstall?
Just make a brand-new bootable USB, boot from that, and do a fresh install.
