So a lot of games started to stutter and I was searching for the reason. Sill haven't got the answer of why. So I started checking stuff, and on CPU-Z I found that my memory is running at 1064 Mhz. I don't really know much about memory or frequencies at all. Haven't done anything in the BIOS.

System specifications??? The RAM is probably running at stock frequencies so you'll have to go into BIOS and enable XMP/DOCP.

CPU-Z showing the data rate (clock) for your RAM, which runs at double that .  DDR is double data rate... 4th gen.

 

So you're running at 2133MHz in what we use for vernacular. If you bought RAM other than 2133...

 

Check BIOS as explained above.
