Mouse firmware bug

So i have a Coolermaster cm storm devastator mouse. But its firmware bugs my windows.

 

Ex. 

When i plug the mouse in it will only work on the application i am in it will not work on desktop or other applications.i tried it in 2 computers and both got same problem.

Even if i unplug it and plug another mouse it will still have same problem and i have to restart my PC.

all of its button is working fine but i think its firmware got buggy. Is there anyway to flash new firmware or anyway to reset it or something
