Having problems with PS5 controller connected to PC

Yesterday, I got a PS5 controller as a replacement for my PS4 controller. Awesome controller but I´m having problems with Rocket League. When I plug it in, the controller is recognised normally, but when I launch RL, only L1 works, and that´s all. When I try to connect it with DS4Windows it shows up as controller 2, it works fine, but every time I press the options button for menus I get split screen. It worked fine yesterday, but when I tried to change my button layout, it freaked out, closed the steam big picture settings for DS5 and refused to launch. Restarted my PC, still refused to launch. Is there any way to reset the settings in RL or in Steam? I tried to click the button in RL to change binding, which usually opens up the steam settings, but I only get the binding in RL for keyboard.

You have to download the shady drivers from a shady website to make it work. Unlike the PS controllers, the Xbox controllers are plug and play. The Sony doesn't think outside.

I figured it out literally 2 minutes after posting this. When you press Shift + Tab, there are aditional settings in the top right specifically for a controller. I just loaded up the legacy preset from Psyonix, loaded back the regular and now it works.
