Problem with recent pc upgrade

I recently bought a new CPU, motherboard and RAM 

MSI B450 Tomahawk Max

AMD Ryzen 5 1600

Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB (2x16GB)

 

Everything looked to be installed correctly but when I turn it on the CPU Debug LED  lights up for a second

then go's off but nothing else happened. I got no signal to my monitor.

 

I have tried googling and tried any and all suggestion's I could find but nothing has helped.

If anyone has any ideas as to what I should try next it would be much appreciated.

Hello again. 

 

After trying a bit more googling and plugging/unplugging.

I now believe it's a display problem.

 

I found a thread from last year and tried everything suggested but still no luck.

 

Is there something obvious I am missing. Any help would be amazing
