usb 3.0 No usb input

I downloaded the drivers for my chipset, b450 on the windows 7 hard drive and there is still no input. My keyboard isn’t getting power because the rgb turns on when there is power.

Why are you using Windows 7?
It's no longer supported and has security flaws.

Nice signature and also because i want to, im using windows 10 and im trying to set up a dual boot.

not really, i mean nostalgia i guess but i dont want a ssd just lying there unused. i have an excess of storage and i dont need that ssd for storage so i thought i would dual boot an os. an  no linux

i have no reason to use it and i use it, i run a server on linux on a vm and its not that bad.
