PC crashes often, sometimes while POSTing

Hi everyone,

 

For a few weeks now my Pc crashes every few days for no apparent reason, often when I am not even sitting infront of it and even more often while it is posting.

Since the bluescreen dumps indicated that something is wrong with my GPU I installed the latest driver on the first of February, but a few days later it crashed again.
Also my Pc often freezes when starting up, to me it seems to "crash" while still posting.

As to the specs of my System:

Windows 10 Pro x64 Built 1909 which I installed myself a few years ago.

The whole System is about to be 6 years old. the Windows installation itself should be around 3-4 years old since I upgraded to an M.2 SSD a while back.

CPU: i7 5820k

RAM: 32GB 3200MHz

GPU: GTX 1070

Mobo: X99s

Power Supply: 600Watt 80 plus Gold

and needless to say, its a Desktop PC.

 

I had an overclock on my CPU up to 4,2Ghz running for a few years which caused no problems whatsoever. However I dialed every overclock back to stock settings once the crashes started, unfortunately it did not help.

 

Any advice is appreciated.

had another Bluescreen just now, it seems to be caused by the GPU driver, but I installed just a few days ago the newest version... .

I dont understand whats causing this issue -.-
