Logitech G Hub help

So yesterday I picked up a new Logitech g502 from bestbuy, and I love it. The only problem is that I can't use the Logitech Software right now. When I first downloaded it on my main account (admin) I couldn't get past the first screen  where it kind of gives you the tour, and you have to click the little arrow on the right. After alot of time I clicked where it normally would be, and it worked. But the button just didn't appear ( https://gyazo.com/2bf6327d313b5f9231ab54a633d8c537). Button normally should appear on the middle right and side (arrows at the bottom are just an illustration). After I finished the little intro, I got to the main page and to my surprise a bunch of icons, and illustrations just aren't there. Its just the background. But when I try and make macros  I can't see my macros (https://gyazo.com/6c49475c9c406ef1678545d26164ee47) (ik I don't have any macros set right now, but trust me they don't appear).

 

Now, when I got to another account on the pc, everything works fine. 

 

Here is what I have done in an attempt to fix this : 

run as admin

delete and reinstall 

restart

 

I really don't want to have to transfer my stuff to another account.

GHub is a garbage piece of software, The best advice would be just avoid Logitech products since their software handicaps them so much. I usually just run an old version of LGS instead of the new GHub and set hardware profiles on my Gpro wireless. Saves me a lot of headache and you can find LGS on their website.
