How to back-up!?

I'm using an iPhone 11 Pro right now, and I want to backup all my data on the phone to my Synology DS920+ 

I tried following this: (1) Keep Your Photos/Videos Backed Up w/ Synology DS file & NAS! - YouTube

BUT turns out there is no option to select Backup All Folders on the settings before I enable the photo back-up, which surprisingly shows up on my Android Device. Is this an iPhone specific issue? especially the newer models? Please help me out, thanks!
