Check around on eBay and other third party sites for the LCD panel. Refer to a service manual for your monitor to see if it lists a part # for the panel which you can usually just google and search results will pop up. YT may be your best friend showing you how to replace a panel.

I found the panel part number, but I cant find to buy. Aliexpress offers 180€ for that panel and new monitor cost 160€

If the cost of the panel is more than the cost of a new monitor, then I'd consider that monitor to be a loss and buy a new monitor. You don't know if replacing the panel can damage the new panel in the process or if the Aliexpress one is any good or similar quality to the original.

What should I do with that broken one?

You can sell it for parts or take it to a recycling center.
