AMD Vision Lapetop?

OK one the Maintenance guys found a Compaq laptop had a AMD Vision Dual Core sticker in my buildings basement but no power cord.

 

I was wondering if this was still usable in 2021? Don't know the Specs otherwise. I'm thinking that Win10 is possible depending on amount of memory, but perhaps not worth using. I told him that a lightweight Linux Distro mostly likely be better.

I agree with trying Linux. With 4GB of memory and an SSD, it would probably be fast enough to run Win10 ok but that old AMD stuff has poor to nonexistent driver support.
