My computer is just underperforming

recently i had noticed that my cpu temps on my 3700x were relatively high, at around 50-60oc whilst being idle. i decided to run a userbenchmark and was surprised to my components were underperforming. If anyone has any idea on how to fix this it would be greatly appreciated.

Userbenchmark is useless and idle temps are mostly irrelevant. What's the cpu temperature under load, e.g. running cinebench?

temps are fine. userbenchmark is trash. the only issue I see is that you have 2400MHZ ram.

yeah, i am thinking about upgrading it. but i dont know which speeds would be best fit to my cpu
