I currently can’t access the web or anything application on my computer even though I have internet connected. Whenever I try to open a browser, it would load then say This site can’t be reached. I ram the Windows Network Diagnostics, but it says that the DNS Server isn’t responding. I’ve change my DnS multiple times already to 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 and it still doesn’t work. I Ram some commands on CMD and resented my computer and it still doesn’t work. I don’t think it’s my actual wifi because the other computer in my house works fine. So i think it’s either a software or hardware issue. The only issue with my component is that My Motherboard sometime does this thing where it will be stuck and the LED on it shows that it stuck on the DRAM. Idk how that’s related but if it is please let me know. Thank You!

Are you sure you are even connected to a network? What's your current private IP adress?

You can run "ipconfig" in cmd to find out.

I ram it and everything is there except the first option that says “Connection-specific DNS Suffix. :”

everything is there

And what specifically is everything?
Your private IP adress will show up no matter what, but if it starts with 169.xxx.xxx.xxx you're simply not connected to a network.

Have you set a gateway when changing your DNS? The gateway IP should be your router.

Example:

(IP Adresses depend on your specific private network and sorry for german screenshot)

I finnaly solved my problem and it was that my antivirus was being buggy and restricted asses to the wifi. So thank you for trying. I went to the ipconfig and saw that my ip was there and I guess that my antivirus blocked because a new update or something. I don't know yet but thank you once again.
