HDD Not really detected

But it could also have been a major corruption that caused the initial shutdown in which case....you will need to use HDD recovery software to try to salvage data.

My pc was in Standby, when i pressed the Power Button it displayed me the screen you get when turning off the pc and it needs to close some programs. 
This screen froze and I couldn’t move my mouse and after round about 20 seconds my pc tuned off. When I turned it on again, I realized that my HDD is not showing up, the boot drive has no issues. 
I’ve attached a screenshot of my disk manager (it’s in German but I wrote a translation to the necessary texts) and a Screenshot of the Drive Info. 
I hope you can help me with this issue.

Well you can try plugging the HDD into a new SATA port. You can also try checking out some of these options that have helped me in the past:
