a few months back my house upgraded to 1000mps WIFI with xfinity. ever since then I've been having serious network issues. However my pc is the only device in the house that has issues at all. When I'm doing something like playing games , talking in discord or attending classes via zoom my internet disconnects for only a moment before it reconnects right after. If I'm playing a game sometimes I will lose connection to the game but I wont lose connection in my discord call and vise versa. Now I'm also having an issue where none of my Logitech devices are being recognized by the Logitech software. When my computer falls asleep it will restart when I try to wake it up even if its only asleep for  seconds. I have tested each stick of ram individually the problem still happens. I have completely wiped my pc twice and installed a fresh copy of windows each time and the problem still exists. sometimes I wont have a problem for days other times I will disconnect every five minutes. could it be a CPU issue. i have also replaced my network cable ive tried using a second router and restarting the xfinity router nothing has worked

our wired connection

is also 1000mbps

Have you tried a wired connection to the router from your pc? If you do t have a long cable just set up your machine close to the router temporarily. If it’s a WiFi issue it may a channel problem which you can change, that may explain the intermittent dropping, your neighbors may be using their WiFi which causes yours to drop out. I’m not a Network engineer, just trying to suggest something.
