Today I have had to remove my 970 from my PC, because it would not show any signal when I had it in.

I tried lots of different things including swapping monitor and cable. Also reseated cmos ram and GPU but every time I used my GPU for output it would never give a signal.

I am using the intel onboard graphics to run my pc for now to get work done.

I have only tried with HDMI, and not Displayport because I don't have a cable nor the DVI inputs for the same reason

Is it possible that my GPU is dead?

Ok so, I disassmbled the gpu yesterday and re-assembled it and put it back the way it was before.

Then I left it and today just tried running it again and somehow it is working fine,

I have no idea how this has happened but I ain't complaining with GPU prices rn a dead card would be terrible

BTW how do you close a topic?
