While playing BF4 on a 64 server both of my 660tis are around 50% usage and im getting low fps dips. I have my cpu overclocked to 4.8ghz. Is there a way I can make the usage go up?

How low of FPS dips & are you running win7 or win8?

In BF4 I get 100-144fps on a mix of mostly ultra & high with my SLI GTX 770s & 3770k @ 4.7. This is only using ~ 45-50% per card.

If your game is running fine & you still have some GPU power to spare BF4 has a neat feature that lets you put that extra horsepower to use: Resolution scale.

The resolution scale option is basically built in supersampling, it renders the scene at a higher resolution & downscales it to 1080p or whatever your resolution is. This is the best but most costly form of antialiasing but is a cool feature if you have spare GPU horsepower, it doesn't put any additional strain on your CPU. Cranking resolution scale up to 140% gets both my GPUs up to about 95% usage without hurting framerates but massively improving visual quality.
